Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Process Group
Facilitators:   Dr. Katie Polsky & Shelley Tirsbeck, LMFT
When: Thursdays 6:00 p.m -7:30 p.m.
Location: Vantage Point Center for Psychotherapy
Cost:  $50 per session

This therapy group is for adults who are struggling with
OCD. This group has both a supportive and educational
component.  Patients will explore Exposure with Response Prevention Techniques and the core tenants of Acceptance and Commitment therapy (mindfulness, defusion, values).  We are currently accepting clients with OCD who are currently in or have been in therapy and can make a 12-week commitment.

ANAD Eating Disorders Support Group
Facilitators:   Ellen Tarby, LMFT
When: 1st and 3rd Saturdays  11:00 a.m -12:30 p.m.
Location: Vantage Point Center for Psychotherapy 

Cost:  Free and Open


This is an Eating Disorder Support Group that is held every 1st and 3rd
Saturday from11am-12:30pm. This group offers support for anyone

interested in or engaged in the recovery process for eating disorders or

body image concerns. This group is part of ANAD, a national organization for the advocacy of eating disorder recovery.

Teen Group

Facilitator(s): Dr. Katie Polsky

When: Wednesdays from 4:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 

Location: Vantage Point Center for Psychotherapy

Cost: $45 per session 


This group is for teens ages 13-18 (or at the completion of High School)

to help them navigate through the challenges of adolescence while also

dealing with Depression, Anxiety, and a whole host of other issues. This is a long-term group where teens can process their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment with others who understand what they are going through. The group utilizes Cognitive Behavioral and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help them develop coping skills to deal with emotions and life stressors.
